Six firefighters and a civilian were transported for minor injuries following a three-alarm fire in Allentown Monday night.
Crews encountered heavy fire showing from the structure and quickly called for additional manpower due to the conditions and high tempteratures.
Allentown Deputy Fire Chief Christian Williams told The Morning Call that six buildings were affected by the blaze that took four hours to bring under control.
The buildings included businesses as well as residential. Electricity was shut off during the operation.
The cause remains under investigation.
